This simple, crowd-pleasing dip has been a staple on my table for years during Memorial Day and the 4th of July. It looks beautiful and tastes even better.

You can arrange the fruit in a flag or star pattern for a festive presentation, or simply scatter it on top for a quick and attractive finish.

How to Make Patriotic Cheesecake Dip:

Combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla, and powdered sugar and beat until light and smooth. Slice or dice the strawberries.

Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a serving bowl, then top with blueberries and strawberries arranged however you like. Serve immediately with dippers and enjoy.

ingredients for the Patriotic Cheesecake Dip.

Ingredient Notes:

  • Cream Cheese – softened so it whips up smooth.
  • Plain Greek Yogurt – I used about two 5–6 oz containers (10.6 oz total) for a tangy balance.
  • Vanilla Extract – enhances the cheesecake flavor.
  • Powdered Sugar – dissolves easily and sweetens without grittiness.
  • Red and Blue Fruit – fresh strawberries and blueberries make the perfect patriotic topping.
  • Graham Crackers – optional, ideal for scooping the dip.

What to Serve with This Dip

Graham crackers are my favorite for scooping and holding fruit. Vanilla wafers also work well. You can offer extra fruit slices or simply enjoy the dip on its own.

Make-Ahead Directions

This dip is perfect for prepping a day ahead. Make the cheesecake mixture and store it covered in the refrigerator. When ready to serve, top with fresh fruit.

If you prefer to dice the fruit the night before, toss it with a teaspoon of lemon juice and keep it in a separate container to preserve color and freshness.
