I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes from last week’s Whimsy Wednesday. Whimsy Wednesday is a link-up that happens every Tuesday night at 6:45 pm EST, where bloggers post a link to a favorite post on my page. The following week I choose a few standout posts and share them here.

These are absolutely adorable — apple pies baked inside whole apples. The creator scooped out the center of each apple and filled it with pie filling, then baked them until tender. It’s a clever, seasonal twist on classic apple pie that’s perfect for fall gatherings or a cozy dessert night.

I encourage you to join the link-up: add your favorite post of the week, whether it’s a recipe, a gift idea, a craft, or anything else you’re proud of. When you participate, take a moment to browse and share a few other posts you like — that helps everyone get more visibility and discover fresh ideas.
If you have a moment, stop by and share your link on my Facebook page too. It gives readers there another chance to see what’s being shared and to explore new blogs and recipes.
