🔪 How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Lush
This is a summary of the preparation steps. Detailed instructions are available in the recipe card further down.

- Pulse Oreos and Biscoff cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix in melted butter until evenly moistened and press into a 9×13 pan.

- Chill the crust briefly. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar and part of the Cool Whip until smooth, then spread over the crust and refrigerate to set.

- Prepare the instant cheesecake pudding with milk, fold in remaining Cool Whip, and spread this pudding layer over the cheesecake layer.

- Arrange sliced strawberries in an even layer on top of the pudding.

- Finish with the remaining Cool Whip spread across the top for a smooth, creamy finish.

- Refrigerate the assembled dessert for several hours or overnight so the layers set before slicing and serving.
🥄 Equipment
- 9×13 baking pan
- Food processor or strong blender
- Large mixing bowls
- Spatula
- Electric mixer
If you don’t have a food processor, place cookies in a sealed bag and crush with a rolling pin to make crumbs. A hand mixer works fine if you don’t have a stand mixer.
🥫 Storage
Refrigerator: Keep covered in an airtight container or wrapped tightly with plastic wrap. It will stay best for 2–3 days.
Freezing: Not recommended. The creamy layers and fresh strawberries lose texture when frozen and thawed.
