Pepper Jelly Goat Cheese Crostini is an elegant, four-ingredient appetizer that comes together in minutes.
If you want to impress guests without spending hours in the kitchen, this crostini is perfect. It looks fancy, tastes delicious, and is surprisingly simple to prepare.
You can assemble these an hour or more before serving — they hold up well at room temperature, making them ideal for holiday gatherings or special events.
The pepper jelly I used had a noticeable kick that my family loved, but there are milder varieties available if you prefer less heat.

How to Make Pepper Jelly Goat Cheese Crostini
You only need four main ingredients (plus pantry staples like olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper): a loaf of French bread, spreadable goat cheese, pepper jelly, and fresh thyme leaves.

Begin by slicing the French bread into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange them on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with a pinch of kosher salt and a bit of black pepper.

Bake the slices in a 400°F oven for about 5 minutes — just long enough to crisp the outside while keeping the interior tender.

When the toasts are lightly golden, it’s time to assemble the crostini.

Spread the goat cheese evenly over each toasted slice. Using a spreadable goat cheese works best for easy application.

Top the goat cheese with a small spoonful of pepper jelly. A little goes a long way — adjust the amount to taste, especially if your jelly is spicy.

Finish each crostini with a few fresh thyme leaves for color and a subtle herb aroma. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Pepper Jelly Goat Cheese Crostini are sure to be the hit of the party!
