30 Second Garlic Butter

A quick, versatile garlic butter that turns any loaf, roll, or slice into instant garlic bread. For a richer finish, stir in freshly grated Parmesan and briefly warm to melt the cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 TBS soft butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the softened butter in a small bowl. Add the garlic powder, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
  • Spread the garlic butter over warm bread, rolls, or baguette slices. Use as much or as little as you like depending on preference.
  • Optional: sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan over the buttered bread and warm briefly in the oven or toaster oven until the cheese melts and the edges are lightly golden.
  • Store any leftover garlic butter in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Bring to room temperature before spreading to restore a soft consistency.
